Livingston Place is the District of Columbia’s first affordable assisted living community serving very low income and frail seniors. Systima is the construction to permanent bond lender/investor providing over $50 million and utilizing Medicaid and affordable housing resources. Livingston Place provides permanent housing, health, and wellness services for very low income elderly unable to afford assisted living and that are susceptible to injuries or health challenges in a high amenity, attractive and dignified apartment community setting.
